Arnabit, or Fried Cauliflower served with Tahini Sauce

INGREDIENTS & PREP
  • 1 bag of cauliflower florets or 1 cauliflower head broken into bite size florets
  • Spray EVOO
  • Salt
Lay cauliflower evenly out on parchment lined cooking sheet. Liberally spray cauliflower with spray EVOO and lightly salt.

Roast in the oven at 400° for 30 min until browned.

For sauce; stir 1 tbsp tahini with 1 tbsp of water and a tsp of lemon and salt to your taste preference.
