Cacio e Za’atar Chips

 

INGREDIENTS

1 bag of your favorite kettle potato chips (my go to brands are cape cod’s or Trader Joe’s olive oil kettle chips)

1/4 cup za’atar seasoning

Shaved parmesan cheese


PREP

Pour chips into a large serving bowl of your choice

Sprinkle za'atar all over

Using zester shave fresh Parmesan cheese as final garnish.

Serve immediately

Chips can be stored in a zipper-lock bag or airtight container for up to 2 days.
