INGREDIENTS
Saucepan size of your choice with a lid
While kernel popcorn
Sea salt and Za’atar
EVOO
PREP
Coat bottom of pan with a nice layer of olive oil and a layer of popcorn kernels, along with sea salt
Cover with lid and start temperature on high heat until you start to hear the popcorn popping. Start shaking pan on the burner and reduce heat to medium
Take off heat once popping slows down
Toss in fav bowl, add za’atar and adjust salt and pepper to your taste preference
