INGREDIENTS
2-3 ripe tomatoes, diced
1 large seedless cucumber or a pack of
Persian cucumbers, diced
1 bunch each of fresh mint and fresh dill, finely chopped
1-2 crushed cloves of garlic
1/2-1 lemon juiced
1-2 TBSP EVOO
Salt, peppers and sumac seasoning to your liking
PREP
Diced tomatoes and cucumber
Finely chop herbs
Mix all in bowl and adjust seasoning to your palate
