Pumpkin Spice Oat Doggy Cookies

INGREDIENTS

2.5 cups of whole wheat flour

1 cup canned pumpkin (not pie mix filling since it has sugar). I find yearly at Trader Joe’s.

1/2 cup uncooked oatmeal

4 TBSP natural peanut butter

1/2 tsp cinnamon

PREP

Preheat oven to 325-350°F

Mix all ingredients in a bowl or your mixer. Add a little water if needed to make dough workable.

Thinly press dough in silicon biscuit trays or roll dough 1/4 inch thick and cut into desired shapes.

Bake 40-60 minutes

Allow cookies to cool for a few hours or overnight to dry out a bit.

Store in airtight container in fridge or freezer.
