1 LB thin chicken breasts or thighs
2 TBSP EVOO
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 TBSP fresh chopped oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 lemon, juiced
PREP
- Mix marinade ingredients in a bowl, add chicken and massage marinade into chicken
- Cover and refrigerate for 4 - 24 hours
- Fire up the barbecue
- Grill chicken until cooked through to an internal temp of 165°F (73.9°C)
- Feel free to cook in oven as well

- With my butter rice pilaf and Fasouli.
