INGREDIENTS
1/4-1/2 cup evoo
1/4 za’atar spice
1 tsp garlic powder
Optional, Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper flakes
PREPERATION
Add 1/4 -1/2 cup evoo, 1/4 cup Zatar and 1 tsp garlic powder in a gallon ziplock bag. Close bag and massage mixture so it evenly coats the inside of the bag.
Add mini crackers of your choice to ziploc bag, close and massage so marinade coats the crackers. Allow to marinade for 12-24 hours.
Bake on parchment lined baking sheet for 15 min at 250°F until lightly brown.
Optional, sprinkle with Aleppo pepper or crushed red pepper flakes.
Cool and enjoy!
